Club History
Norwich City Girls FC was originally set up in 1998.
The number of players has grown rapidly with the growth of womens football in Norfolk. The club has increased over the years and has now grown to 8 teams for the 2006/07 season. This has been largely due to the dedication of the past and present coaches, parents and girls who have supported the club duing this time. The club changed its name in 2004 to become Norwich City Canaries, then in May 2007 following discussions with Norwich City Ladies a proposed merger of the two clubs was passed by both clubs to form Norwich City Ladies & Girls FC for season 2007/08 onwards. Players of all standards are welcome, if interested in joining the club then please contact one of the coaches listed above.
